Dubbed the Leaf House, it was made with both function and environmental friendliness in mind. Materials used to build it include Forest Stewardship Certified lumber, ecological building supplies and recycled materials. Surprisingly spacious, it’s warm enough to withstand the rigors of Canadian winters. This house on the go remains ecologically friendly with a composting toilet, LED and halogen lighting as well as Ecoheat electric baseboards.
