With our severe storms that include high winds and hail, you should expect frequent repairs to your roof and siding.  But high winds and hail are no match for our metal roofing and siding, so those costs are minimal, if any.
  • What will it add to the value of a home? Some home improvements add value, some do not.  If your roof needs to be replaced, that's an ongoing maintenance issue, not a value-added project.  But if you replace that asphalt roof with metal roofing, the value of your home will go up.  Metal roofing is in high demand among homeowners, and when it comes time to sell your home, you just might get an offer that exceeds your asking price.
